Fettes College

Providing both an all-round, holistic, education and academic excellence in GCSE and the dual pathway of A Level and the International Baccalaureate (IB) in the Sixth Form, Fettes College maximises academic excellence by offering each of their students the opportunity to make the most of their talents and gain a wealth of new experiences in a happy, encouraging environment where innovation and creativity are key.

Fettes College is housed in a stunning turreted building on a 100-acre woodland campus, close to the heart of the international and cultural city of Edinburgh, offering all the advantages of a city school with the privacy and space of a rural setting. Fettes is recognised as one of the UK's pre-eminent co-educational boarding schools for children and young people from ages 5 - 18 years.

Regional Institute fees will be $250 USD for Secondary School and Individual Members, $300 USD for Organizational Members, and $300 for Post-Secondary Members ($300 for the Institute, and $300 for the College Fair, which will be open to prospective students.)

The institute will offer scholarship opportunities for secondary school and independent counselors who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Due to space considerations, attendance at this Regional Institute will be capped at 200, and registration will be limited to one member per institution/organization. You may only register in your name. You may not register on behalf of a non-member colleague.

Should you wish to have a second member of your team added to our list in the event we have space, please email us. Second registrations from the same institution/organization without approval from the Regional team will be canceled and refunded, if applicable. If we have space, we will absolutely make every effort to accommodate.

We would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind you not to book travel to Scotland for the purposes of this event until you have registered and paid for the Regional Institute. International ACAC is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements should you book your travel prior to completing your registration.

If you will need a visa to enter Scotland, please complete a Visa Invitation Letter Request.

University of St. Andrews

If you intend to attend the International ACAC Regional Institute in Edinburgh from 29 April to 1 May 2027, this is an ideal opportunity to visit St Andrews while you are in Scotland.

Catch a bus or train north and take part in one of two counsellor-specific sessions for delegates. The first session will run from 10am to 12pm, and the second is a repeat from 2pm to 4pm.

Your visit will start with a tour led by a Student Ambassador, followed by a talk and Q&A session with Admissions staff.
