Each year following the annual conference, International ACAC hosts a Bus Tour for secondary school counselors to explore universities in the local area. The tour takes place over one week, including accommodation, transportation, and most meals.
2026 Counselor Bus Tour
July 17-23
Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
The Bus Tour team is planning a schedule from July 17-23 (six nights), which will include visits to approximately 10-12 diverse university campuses between Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. We anticipate including up to 30 counselors, who will be selected through an application process.
The application form will be released in early 2026.
- The 2026 tour cost is being determined. It will include accommodations (double-occupancy) for seven nights, bus transportation, and most, but not all, meals.
- You must register for the 2026 International ACAC Conference to participate on the tour. Registration opens on March 18.
- There will be a maximum of 30 participants for the 2026 tour.
Tour stops will be shared with members when finalized. Check back in early 2026.

Application Closes: February 13, 2026
Accepted participants will be notified by early March. Full payment for the tour is due by April 15, 2026.
Tour Dates and Details
- The bus tour will begin on the morning of Friday, July 17.
- The tour will conclude on July 23 in Philadelphia; participants can depart after 2:00 PM on July 23 from Philadelphia International Airport. *Do not purchase airline tickets until you receive confirmation of your tour participation.*
