2026 Membership Dues Update

The proposed update to annual member dues has passed. Thank you to all members who participated in this vote.

The revenue from dues supports a range of programs which ensure access for members facing financial barriers, including the Scholar Program, Conference Bursaries, Regional Institute Grants, Opportunity Grants, and Membership Dues Waivers. The confidence from membership for the dues update ensures that our commitment to programs that directly affect and assist members can be maintained; thank you to our members for supporting these initiatives of access and professional growth.

Background and Motivation

The current membership dues have been in place since 2022. The proposed update was a reflection of the global increase in the cost of living, and in order to continue serving the association's mission by supporting the programs and services that make a positive impact on our members' work.

International ACAC utilizes revenue from member dues to support a range of programs which ensure access for members facing financial barriers, including Opportunity Grants, Conference Bursaries and Scholarships, and Regional Institute Travel Grants. The organization has been fiscally conservative and has worked diligently to reduce expenses. At the same time, the Executive Board has remained committed to supporting the programs that directly affect and assist members.

To support the continued growth and work of the association, the Membership Committee proposed increasing 2026 membership dues across all membership categories by 10%. Membership Dues Waivers will be available as in previous years.
