Dwight School Hanoi is the newest member of the global network of International Dwight Schools and opened its doors on August 21, 2024. Located in The Manor Central Park, Dwight School Hanoi serves students from preschool through grade 12.

Their mission is to find and ignite the spark of genius in every child. By nurturing their unique interests, they aim to develop inquisitive, informed, self-aware, and ethical citizens who will contribute to building a better world.

Dwight Schools are IB world schools and part of a worldwide network of eight schools, with their first school dating back to 1872. While innovation drives them ever forward, their commitment to personalizing the educational journey for every student remains at the heart of everything they do.

Regional Institute fees will be $230 USD for Secondary School and Individual Members, $255 USD for Organizational Members, and $505 for Post-Secondary Members ($255 for the Institute, and $250 for the College Fair, which will be open to prospective students.)

The institute will offer scholarship opportunities for secondary school and independent counselors who could not otherwise afford to attend.

Separate registration will be required for EACH MEMBER who wants to attend the Regional Institute. 

Post-Secondary Members: registration for the College Fair is housed within the registration form. Only ONE MEMBER from each institution needs to register for the Fair. Please check with your colleagues before registering to ensure only one attendee pays the Fair registration fee.

We would like to take this opportunity to kindly remind you not to book travel to Vietnam for the purposes of this event until you have registered and paid for the Regional Institute. International ACAC is not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements should you book your travel prior to completing your registration.

Room blocks have been negotiated at nearby hotels. All reservations are first come, first served. Please book promptly. Hotels are listed in descending order of cost. Click on the hotel name for the hotel’s website, but booking must be done via email.

All of the properties listed below are lovely. And you will note there are no Bonvoy properties in this list. However, the Sheraton West already has a good rate (and a lounge). Given that the Regional Institutes Team loves a Bonvoy option, the Sheraton West will be included on our transportation pickup route.

We are excited to announce a collaborative effort between Concordia International School Hanoi and Saigon South International School (SSIS) Ho Chi Minh City to host two convenient university fairs for you during your spring visit to Vietnam.

We cordially invite you to join us for the Concordia Hanoi World University Fair (CWUF), immediately followed by the Saigon South International School University Fair in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a streamlined travel schedule prior to, and immediately following the International ACAC Regional Institute in Hanoi.

Concordia International School Hanoi invites you to our annual spring college fair, which will take place on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, immediately preceding the International ACAC Regional Institute in Hanoi.

• Date & Time: Wednesday, April 8th, (3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.)

• Location: Concordia International School Hanoi

• Audience: Open to the public, open to students and counselors from the Hanoi area schools.

• Reception: A dinner and cocktail reception will immediately follow the fair for college representatives and Hanoi area high school counselors, which will include optional chair massages for visiting college representatives!

Saigon South International School University Fair

Following the International ACAC Regional Institute, which concludes on Saturday evening, we invite you to conveniently fly to Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday, the day before the SSIS University Fair.

• Date & Time: Monday, April 13th (2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m)

• Location: Saigon South International School (SSIS), Ho Chi Minh City

• Audience: Open to area students and counselors in Ho Chi Minh City.

• Reception: A reception will follow the fair for college representatives and counselors from around Ho Chi Minh City!
