International ACAC is excited to welcome you to the 2025 Conference at Northeastern University!

There is so much to gain from attending the conference, and we hope to help you make the most out of your experience. Below, you may find information about attending the conference, including helpful tips and useful resources.

Remember that all this information and more is available on the conference app!

Travel and Transportation

Arriving by Air

You will most likely be flying into Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). If you are traveling from somewhere else in the US, remember to bring either your Real ID or a passport.

Tips for Going Through Customs:

    • Be prepared for a long line as it is a very busy international airport. If you will have a layover at another US airport, you will go through customs there.
    • Have printed copies of your documents in your carry-on. In addition to your passport and visa (if necessary), it is a good idea to have a copy of your conference registration and proof of your return flight. It may be helpful to bring a pay stub or other documentation that proves your employment.

To and From the Boston Airport:

    • Ride share services in Boston include Uber and Lyft. You can download their apps and use a credit card to pay for the trip.
    • Expect the drive from Logan to Northeastern campus to take about 15 minutes.

Parking at Northeastern

Overnight and commuter parking is available in the Columbus Garage. This is an additional cost to anyone who chooses to park there.
