Bishop's University: Sherbrooke, Canada
In response to an executive order issued last month in the United States, Bishop's University will be waiving the undergraduate application fee for prospective students from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen. If you are interested in applying for free, please contact our Admissions Office by email at the address below and we will guide you through the process. Florida Institute of Technology: Melbourne, USA
Florida Institute of Technology is home to the most internationally diverse undergraduate student body in the nation, according to U.S. News & World Report's 2016 "Best Colleges" rankings. Per our mission statement, Florida Institute of Technology's mission is to provide high-quality education to a culturally diverse student body in order to prepare students for entering the global workforce, seeking higher-education opportunities, and serving within their communities. Living up to our mission statement of Therefore, FIT is admitting students as normal. Georgetown University in Qatar: Doha, Qatar
Georgetown University in Qatar builds on a prestigious history. The Georgetown University Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, founded in 1919, is the oldest and largest school of international affairs in the United States. The GU-Q SFS curriculum, both core and major, is identical to that followed by hundreds of successful SFS graduates of the Washington, D.C., campus. Our Bachelors of Science in Foreign Service degree offers strong global name recognition and guarantees a high quality education. At the successful completion of the program, GU-Q graduates receive a Georgetown degree identical to those distributed to SFS students on Main Campus in Washington, DC. The Georgetown University in Qatar campus, in collaboration with the Qatar Foundation, welcomed its first class of students in August 2005. Against the backdrop of vibrant, growing, cosmopolitan Doha, GU-Q students represent more than 50 different nationalities, all of whom share a passion for development in the region and beyond. Students take a variety of courses from our majors: International Politics, Culture and Politics, International Economics, and International History. Outside the classroom, students participate in sports, activities, research, and internships. The application deadline for GU-Qatar was February 1st (with all supporting documents due March 1st). Macquarie University: Sydney, Australia
Macquarie University is a large public institution in Sydney, Australia with 40,000 students which comprises of 12,000 international students. We are still accepting applications for Session 1 (Spring semester starting in February) and Session 2 (Fall semester starting in July). Applications to the university are free and we offer rolling admissions for students. Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. John's & Grenfell Campuses): St. John's/Corner Brook, Canada
Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN) is a multi-campus, multi-disciplinary, public, teaching/research university committed to excellence. MUN strives to have national and global impact, while fulfilling a social mandate to provide access to university education for the people of Newfoundland and Labrador and to contribute to the social, cultural, scientific and economic development of Newfoundland and Labrador and beyond. Memorial has more than 18,500 students spread across four campuses (St. John's, Grenfell, Marine Institute, Harlow England)and nearly 85,000 alumni active throughout the world. The university offers high quality education, while maintaining one of the lowest tuition rates in the world ($8800 CAD). Memorial's general admission deadline is March 1, 2017. Students who apply by this date will be automatically assessed for entrance scholarships. The university will continue to process general admission applications after this date (time/space permitting) but students are not considered for scholarships after March 1, 2017. New students applying to Grenfell Campus, Memorial University will benefit from guaranteed housing if they apply by March 1, 2017. New students applying to St. John's Campus are advised to apply for the Paton College or Burton's Pond Residences to increase likelihood of on-campus housing. Both the St. John's and Grenfell Campuses also offer all students access to international student services, including ICCRC (International Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council) immigration support. The second round of admissions for October 2017 intake to Nagoya University's undergraduate G30 International Programs (Biological Science, Applied Physics, Automotive Engineering and Chemistry only) opens on February 1 (deadline is February 22nd). All programs are taught in English and no Japanese language ability is required at the time of admission. We welcome applications through our online system.

Regent's University London: London, UK
Regent's University London is London's only independent, not-for-profit university, with a highly cosmopolitan community based in royal Regent's Park and Marylebone. Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University: Beppu, Japan
Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) is an international university located in the beautiful seaside city of Beppu in southern Japan. We are accepting undergraduate international student applications until March 31 for 2017 fall enrollment. Overseas graduate student applications are being accepting until April 5. Our student body of nearly 6000 is 50.3% international, with students coming from 90 countries. All of our undergraduate programs are bilingual (English-taught and Japanese-taught), and students can choose to study Accounting; Marketing; Strategic Management and Organization; Innovation and Economics; International Relations and Peace Studies; Culture, Society and Media; Environment and Development; or Hospitality and Tourism. Although no Japanese language proficiency is necessary to apply, undergraduate English-based students are required to take intensive Japanese language courses as part of their degree, regardless of major. Our English-taught graduate programs include Asia Pacific Studies, International Cooperation Policy, and MBA. St George's, University of London, the UK's dedicated Medical, Biomedical and Health Sciences university, is welcoming applications from students of all nationalities to our Biomedical Science (with pathway to Medicine), Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Radiography programs for September 2017 entry. University College Utrecht: Utrecht, Netherlands
University College Utrecht is one of the honors colleges of Utrecht University in the Netherlands. UCU offers a three-year liberal arts and sciences program where students compose their own curriculum combining at least 2 disciplines from humanities, science and social science. Almost 760 students, 50% international, live on a residential, American-style campus. All classes are taught in English and all on-campus social activities are also in English. UCU offers several, mainly partial, scholarships for both the tuition fee and roam and board, as well as a student aid fund helping students with the costs of books, excursions etc. Our deadline to start in September 2017 is February 3, midnight. There is however also the opportunity to start in February. The application deadline then is September 15, 2017.

University of Western Ontario: London, Canada
Western University in London, Ontario, Canada accepts applications for admissions consideration to undergraduate and graduate programs from students around the world, to include prospective students from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, with admission requirements as listed on our Welcome website. In the case of applicants with one or more semesters of undergraduate studies, these are the transfer application requirements. For all undergraduate programs, Western accepts applications by way of the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC).There is a fee for use of this service, which forwards applications to the university for the next steps in the application process. Prospective graduate students are directed here for a list of Western's programs and requirements. For students (undergraduate and graduate) whose current studies in the U.S. are impacted by the January 27, 2017 executive order and unable to return to the U.S., Western University is currently exploring its procedures and supports to students in collaboration with Universities Canada, the Association of American Universities, and the Association of Public Land-grant Universities. As information becomes available it will be posted on our international site.

Washington & Jefferson College: Washington, USA
Washington & Jefferson College is still accepting applications for our fall semester. Our official deadline is March 1, but we can be flexible with the submission of late applications and materials. We strive to provide an admission decision within one month of an application becoming complete. Our minimum TOEFL is 85. We do not require standardized testing and we offer merit scholarships. We guarantee on campus housing all 4 years and also offer home stay options when the college is closed. During shorter breaks students can continue to reside on campus. We offer campus employment for students. International students benefit from designated international advising services. Our I-20 processing time is usually just a couple of days. We can meet students at the airport upon arrival to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh now offers direct international flights Toronto, as well as London, Frankfurt, Berlin, Paris and Dublin. Voted "Best Airport" in 2016, Pittsburgh might be a great first point of entry to the US. W&J is just 30 minutes from the Pittsburgh Airport. We currently have students from Iraq and Syria enrolled at W&J and they would be a good resource for new students. W&J also offers the English Language Institute. We are still accepting applications for our ELI Spring II program starting in late March as well as our Summer ELI program.

Webster University Thailand: Cha-Am/Hua Hin, Thailand
Webster University Thailand is an international campus of Webster University in St. Louis, USA. We offer programs accredited in both USA and Thailand in 3 schools, namely, Arts and Sciences; Business and Technology and Communication. Students can either study their entire program in Thailand or transfer to other campuses in Europe, Africa or USA after completion of at least 15 credits here in Thailand. Since this ban is temporary, and as Thailand has not imposed a ban on the same; it remains a good option for students. Thai visa processing time is typically 5-10 days. We will take Fall applications until late July, as high school results in this part of the world come late and we are flexible with that. If any one has a late application we will definitely process. The student however, will not receive any guarantee from the University for a future USA or other countries visa. We also have several prominent campuses in Europe and Africa including campuses in Vienna, Leiden, Geneva, Greece, and Accra.
